Just found out they’re closing
Just found out they’re closing! ? So gutted - only ever had a problem once and it was dealt with and I was refunded immediately! Always given plenty of notice if an item out of stock - which was rare - and always delivered on time by EvRi - so I’m really gutted ? hoping there is something similar out there (besides the obvious SHOPS!! But having it all in once place made it so much easier!!)

Cherryz was one of my favourite shopping sites. Wide selection of everyday items at competitive prices, great customer service, and Evri for me are always excellent. I'm so disappointed it has just announced that it has ceased trading. I'm hoping I can find a replacement (other than visiting the shops in person, which just don't have the same selection in one handy place). Thank you Cherryz, and my best wishes to all staff for the future. I for one will miss you!

Not reliable
Being using every month.Driver tried to deliver once emailed to check where order was to get replied sorry damaged in transit.If hadnot chased no one would have said
Don't waste your money
Perfect company if you like bleach flavoured food. They don't separate harsh chemicals from food. Everything is in the same box. They might be cheap, but is it worth risking your health? Don't think so.

Cherryz dispatched my items quickly but never received due to Evri
Cherryz dispatched my items quick enough, however, they were never received due to the fact they use Evri as their courier. Evri is reason enough never to use Cherryz again. They failed to deliver on two given dates, despite the fact that I paid for next day delivery so I could ensure it was a day I was working from home. The first time they even lied and said they attempted delivery, the second time they never even bothered to lie and just said it's delayed. I want a full refund now as items were needed and I have now gone elsewhere. Will stick to Home Bargains in future.
Great Products / Low Prices
Delivery is always super quick, items ordered are always as pictured and as I expect them to be, good value for money.

Evri needs to go.
I do really love this company for the products as I can’t get out much to store like b&m etc.. however this second occasion of something negative happening I made a order on 3rd evri delayed for whatever reason. they offered a replacement of the order which was great Evri got the new replacement order on 11th delayed on 12th so I emailed customer service on the 15th one customer agent told me to get back in touch within 2 days if still not delivered which I did and explained I was gonna place another order of the stuff I needed and new stuff.
I paid for a pass for the year which I’ve now cancelled as Evri is such hit and miss and really dampens the experience.
If you do love affordable products it’s great but Evri massively let it down

Probaly won’t use again.
Delivery was quick but cleaning fluid had leaked onto other items in box not much but it was not separated from food items or bagged separately.
2 missing items from order then I received a email hours after delivery saying out of stock so days after despatch!
Refund for items is less than purchase price not sure why.

Order placed 4/1/23, order received by EVRI 6/1/23, still not received 14/1/23.
I can't give a review of the quality of content as I still haven't received it, but I'm not impressed at this stage with your delivery arrangements.
Great customer service and products
Great customer service and the product range and prices really good and fair. I had an issue with one of my orders and they sorted it out straight away and was delivered the next day, can’t fault them.

Absolutely love Cherryz.
I had two parcels go astray over the festive period which wasn’t their fault but down to Evri and they were so helpful in chasing it up and refunding me straight away. I will continue to use Cherryz on a regular basis as it’s such good value for money.

Please Stop Using Evri
I Love Cherryz, but am considering whether to still order as I am not happy ordering from any companies that use Evri as a courier service. They are an awful company and I’ve had so many parcels delayed it simply go missing. Please switch to another delivery company. Other than that you yourselves are great.
brilliant sweets
Everything in my order was brilliant,however the only downside is the courier EVRI,they are notoriously bad,especially in my area,and i've had so many problems with them,that I resolved to not use any company that use evri.I'd be happy to pay more for a better courier,DPD,Yodel,Royal Mail,DHL,etc. This delevery was ok but usually they are poor. Pity but so stressful when you can't contact them.

First time buyer and enjoying so far. May stretch to the £12 a year delivery fee if I find I end up using the site frequently as I do think this is good value. Everything was packaged really well. Liking the value and selection, the app is fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the new products coming up :)

Great prices and good service on delivery. Love the free delivery for the whole year for a small price of £12 per year (yes I know that’s not technically free but it’s flipping good value).
I would like to see Cherryz grow and other some more choice in the pantry and breakfast. Otherwise all good.
